When considering what is worth choosing a particular law office, a variety of factors come into play beyond the list of services. An attorney-client relationship is built on trust, communication, and confidence in the attorney's ability to handle your case. While the provided information lists a broad range of services and accessibility features, it is important to consider all aspects of the firm's reputation and client feedback. A review from a previous client can offer an important perspective on the firm's practices. One such review describes Ms. Johnson as being "extremely unprofessional" and "very clear that she's extremely money hungry." The reviewer, who claims to have fifteen years of experience in the legal field, also states that the attorney is "unresponsive to telephone calls" and "crass and rude." The review also alleges that her staff members are "incompetent." Another review from a different client describes a situation in which the attorney allegedly discouraged an in-office meeting due to Covid but made a home visit to collect payment. This client also alleges that the attorney instructed their mother to leave important documents in an "unsupervised vestibule" and that the attorney has yet to complete the final step of a transaction after being paid in full. These reviews raise significant concerns about professionalism, communication, and client care. While a firm may offer a wide range of services, the quality of the client experience and the reliability of the attorney's communication and follow-through are paramount. A potential client should weigh these concerns carefully, as a positive outcome often depends not just on legal knowledge, but also on the attorney's dedication to their clients' well-being and their commitment to clear, professional conduct throughout the legal process. The decision to hire an attorney is a serious one, and it is vital to select a professional who you feel will act as a diligent and trustworthy advocate for your best interests. For a Maryland resident, this means doing thorough research and potentially seeking out multiple consultations to find an attorney with whom you feel a strong sense of trust and confidence, ensuring that your legal journey is as smooth and successful as possible.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I share in the same sentiment as another reviewer previously stated. Ms. Johnson is extremely unprofessional and it's very clear that she's extremely money hungry. She could careless about her clients. I made the mistake of referring my Mom to Ms. Johnson (by way of a referral from another attorney). She unresponsive to telephone calls, majority of the time she's on vacation, when she does respond she's crass and rude. It's beyond me that she has any clients. I've worked in the legal field for fifteen years and I've never seen an attorney treat their clients in the poor manner in which Ms. Johnson does. Everything is about money and not what she can do to assist and/or put her client's mind at ease. She also surrounds herself with incompetent staff members, who fall right in line with Ms. Johnson's rude treatment. My mother has been lied to about her case multiple times by Ms. Johnson and her staff. Had I referred my Mom to a different personal injury attorney I'm almost certain that her case would've been resolved by now, as it's not a complex case at all.Save yourself the trouble and headache, DO NOT retain Ms. Johnson as your attorney. You'll definitely regret it if you do. I wish that I would've come across such a review. I definitely would've told my Mom not to retain Ms. Johnson.
December 08 · SimoneMy mother hired this attorney to get some affairs in order. Claiming to be afraid of Covid, she discouraged my mother from coming to her office, but made a special trip to my mother's home to collect payment. Upon completion of paperwork by my mother, Attorney Johnson instructed my mother to leave her documents in an unsupervised vestibule of her building. Worse, she has been paid in full, and has yet to complete the transaction with my mother by signing off on her paperwork. I am disappointed at her treatment of my mother and her unprofessionalism with my mother's important matters. So much for being sorors. MAKE THIS RIGHT, Attorney Johnson. Make my mother whole or I will report this incident to the Bar Association.
