★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1He made the situation worse! My wife was in jail on a PV, and there was a detainer coming out of another county for her, which would have screwed up her treatment that she was receiving. I paid Mark to communicate between the two counties to hopefully expedite the situation And possibly get the detainer lifted needless to say he did nothing. He happened to be at the courthouse when my wife had court. He popped his head in and not knowing anything about the Case he started babbling like a fool, and the judge basically told him to shut up. Due to the facts, not being presented to the judge (Because Mark didn’t know anything about it) My wife had to stay in prison an extra month for the county to do their own homework on the situation. At least a public defender would have presented the facts. It was a terrible experience!

November 19 · CheneThere are, unfortunately, very few positive things that I can say about my experience with Mr. Rassman. I hired Mr. Rassman to complete the filing of a very simple, very civil divorce. So simple, in fact, that my (soon to be) ex husband and I visited his office together. Mr. Rassman did not even have to communicate with another attorney in the matter of our divorce. Six months after what was supposed to be our initial filing, I came to find that the paperwork had, in fact, never been filed at all. I contacted Mr. Rassman who informed me that the matter would be resolved. It was not. Three months later I was informed by the court that it had been filed, but improperly. Once again, I was told by Mr. Rassman that this issue would be resolved. Again, it was not. At this point, Mr. Rassman stopped returning my phone calls, texts, and emails. I have been attempting to settle my divorce matter for the past year on my own, still unable to contact Mr. Rassman. Twenty five months after hiring Mr. Rassman, I had to retain another attorney to fix the mess that Mr. Rassman created out of what would have been an extremely simple divorce.

September 01 · Diana SimpsonUnfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend Mr. Rassman. Here is a detailed account of my interactions with this lawyer. In February of 2017, I met with Mr. Rassman for advice on a custody agreement between myself and ex-husband. We agreed to work together and I paid Mr. Rassman in advance. A custody agreement was drafted within a week but was not served to my ex-husband until the end of May, despite multiple email and phone requests. Once the agreement was received by both parties, we requested it be revised. I contacted Mr. Rassman multiple times for the draft to be revised in order to be signed and submitted to the court. Mr. Rassman failed to respond or file the final agreement. In Sept 2017, after being ignored, I requested to terminate our contract and for Mr. Rassman to provide me with an itemized bill of his services. An itemized bill or refund was never provided. I continued to send automated emails requesting his communication until January 2018 when I filed a civil complaint against Mr. Rassman. A court date was set and prior to entering mediation, Mr. Rassman asked to speak in private. I agreed to his request. Mr. Rassman requested another opportunity to fulfill his commitment, which I regretfully agreed to. I dropped the civil complaint and began working with Mr. Rassman again. In Sept 2018, we finalized a custody agreement between myself and ex-husband. In November 2018, a signed copy of the final agreement was signed and returned to Mr. Rassman to be filed. After a month, I began requesting a copy of the finalized court document. Mr. Rassman informed me he would mail me a copy but I never received a document from the court or Mr. Rassman. Finally in March 2019, I called the court prothonotary to request the status of a custody agreement. At that time the court informed me the only file under my last name was a divorce decree and no custody agreement had ever been filed. I contacted Mr. Rassman numerous times without response. In April 2019, I filed another civil complaint against Mr. Rassman requesting a full refund. Another court date was set and Mark Rassman signed the certified letter acknowledging this date but he failed to show in court. So today, more than 2 years later I still do not have a custody agreement, I never been reimbursed for services not provided, and I still have not heard from Mark Rassman.
