★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Lori is absolutely amazing in every aspect of her profession! Right from the start her compassion, knowledge and dedication shined, as well as put me at ease. After my first denial (with other representation) I was made to feel that my case was a "difficult" case. I could not believe this with the number of failed back surgeries I went through and the life changing impact they had on me and my family. Lori listened with compassion and went right to work. Her professionalism and diligence showed through the process as she gathered my numerous files of doctors' notes/information, visits and outlined everything accordingly. I was amazed with her high level of communication and response time to any question I had. I couldn't have been more impressed with her preparation, before my trial and her ability to put me at ease before it started. I had a very successful outcome and would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone!
March 28 · Jason GiamoniLori is amazing!!! Very professional and efficient. She explained the process I was about to through and helped me understand every step of it. I was always able to ask questions and received prompt answers. What an excellent experience. She definitely has my gratitude. I continue to recommend her. Thank you, Lori!!
June 27 · Jeannette BonillaThe process of trying to aquire disability for a chronic medical condition is nerve-wracking, and exhausting, both physically and emotionally, especially when the need for medical disability occurs when you never expect it. Being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and then learning how to navigate the complete world shift it caused, was hard enough without trying to figure out the SS process. My husband and I started with another attorney and almost gave up because of their lack of attention to our process, and their general knowledge and repeatedly poor advice.Lori was recommended to me separately by two other people I know (who have met met one another! ) so I gave her a chance and am so happy I did. Where the other attorney told me it was unlikely I would qualify due to my age (despite more than more than enough medical documentation which continues to grow due to the nature of the illness) . Lori was open and professional from the beginning. She told me she wouldn't take the case if there was zero chance of winning. Law is a business and honestly, I appreciated that blunt honesty which was much more realistic and gave me confidence because why would anyone take on a case where they don't get paid unless they win (disability) if they aren't relatively sure they can win? She said it would take time and it did. It wasn't overnight and it was nervewracking but she and her staff are so professional. I was given full guidance step by step and her former assistant Emmie was just so helpful with talking me off the ledge on days when it was overwhelming. Lori knows her stuff and makes sure she knows your case.I think what people need to know upfront if that disability cases are TOUGH, so patience is needed. MS, especially my particular diagnosis, should've been an easy slam dunk but SS disability is a stupidly long, and occasionally just stupid process that doesn't always makes sense. You need to be patient and understand that if it's not something like a chronic, degenerative illness that might be harder to prove, it can take awhile. Do your part of the process by following up if Lori or her office haven't followed up with you in awhile because it keeps you all on the same page, but do so respectfully and with patience. She has a full plate because so many of us need help. As long as you keep an open lin of communication and rememberto breathe because you hired someone amazing at their job, it will be alright. In the end, she got me the full disability (she called me personally when it went through and I was so grateful for that courtesy) and I thank God for her and her staff. I'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Lori.
August 13 · Jennifer LjubicichI made a phone call to Ms. Mannicci’s office and specifically asked if she had the time to take new disability cases. The assistant at the front desk who was very sweet, but not very knowledgeable because it was her first week said that the lawyer DID have time in her calendar to take new cases. I set up an intake call and gathered information to participate in that call. When I called the office, the assistant who I was supposed to speak to was on the other line not able to keep our appointment. I emailed all the information since I had done my due diligence, and scheduled a call for later in the afternoon to go over it. The next day I received a phone call to let me know that the attorney did not have the time in her calendar to take our case. I was so disappointed. The only saving grace was that the attorney herself called and left me a message to let me know that she’s being very careful about the cases she takes right now because of limited time. It’s a shame because she has good reviews and I was looking forward to working with her.
July 03 · Tracey AnthonyLori and Tyler are absolutely amazing and such a blessing. Their confidence, attention to detail, and willingness to maintain open communication allowed for my family and I to be at ease throughout the entire process. Lori and Tyler worked diligently and always allowed me to ask any questions and address any concerns I may have had. I truly cannot thank them enough for all their diligence and immense effort they both put into my case.
