★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you’re nearing or in retirement and are thinking about efficient transfer of your assets to the next generation (skip one), consult with attorney Michelle Bau Yu in Los Altos, just off Miramonte. She and her associate Patrick will make reliable recommendations and reliably put together the paperwork to secure it. We first used her in 2014 and came back in 2025 for updates. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing, no matter how old you are.
August 01 · Lawrence BoeschMy family and I have known Michelle (Attorney at law) for well over a decade, both as a friend and client. I have had first hand experience with her work from the excellent service she provided for my parents' living trust, so it was only obvious that I returned to seek her assistance for my own estate planning needs. Again, I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Longevity Law has the expertise, attention to detail and clear communication which made the process seamless and stress-free. Michelle took the time to understand my unique circumstances and provided rational personalized advice. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for exceptional estate planning guidance.
March 12 · Hu ManIf you are looking for an attorney with the reasonable cost and not involved in family law and ILIT, she might be the right attorney for you. Michelle recently helped my mom to prepare a separate living trust because my stepdad lives in another State but we want to have legal documents to support her in case something happen to her not only her wealth and also the health and financial arrangement. When you are looking for a living trust preparation, please ask your attorney what services and packages are included in it.
April 25 · Vicki YueI really appreciate all the help Michelle and Patrick have provided to me for setting up my trust, helping me with executing my aunt’s trust and setting up my mom’s trust. They have helped create 2 trusts and execute 1 trust. I would recommend them to others.
May 23 · Nancy LeungMichelle is very knowledgeable and service is very good too. She herself is a notary and saved clients lots of hassle and money to sign docs. Highly recommend her!
