Litzke Kimberly Reviews
I had the misfortune of hiring Kim Litzke a few years back. She was completely unprepared for court, and I even smelled liquor on her breath, in court, at 9 a.m. in the morning, incredible. The opposing attorney ate her lunch, and over a 2 year period, I lost EVERY SINGLE HEARING, resulting in the loss of joint custody. now i see my kids every third weekend, instead of 50/50 custody. For this terrible performance, i paid over $150,000! If you are sold on her firm, Eastburn and Grey, great, but if they assign you to Kim Litzke, you would be much better off asking them for another attorney. I don't want to see another parent lose the right to see their children, like I have.
