My case was NEVER taken seriously, Matthew was always late or absent to our scheduled meetings. I would have to call to remind them to move forward with my case. I was promised all these things such as a high pay and told my case was a great case until it wasn’t. There seemed to be no effort at all put into my case. It seems like if you don’t have a high priority case this isn’t the place to be represented by. On top of that, I specifically asked to settle out for a certain amount, which Matthew agreed upon only to be taken for thousands due to taxes out of my share which he or his team never mentioned. I feel like I did more work presenting evidence and calling them to remind them to submit paperwork etc. They were not worth the money that I personally spent or the money that they received from my settlement. I was screwed.
