When I was looking for a title insurance company, my first step was to use google because I was purchasing a property in Greater Philadelphia from Queens, NY. There are many different nuances to purchasing a property in a different state and Rogers Counsel/Legalty Title narrated the process for us in simple non-legal language. Thankfully, we got the $3500 flat fee legal service from Rogers Counsel and really, you cannot find a more down-to-earth, talk-you-off-the-ledge counsel than Lance Rogers. His assistant, Erica was amazing in getting us appointments with Lance. Between Lance flying out to LA for a client or his many back to back client meetings, she could always squeeze us in for an appointment! I really urge you to use their services if you need a second pair of eyes on some documents. Many buyer agents do not have a law degree and depending on your circumstances, some conditions should be written in a very specific way to benefit you (just saying). The best thing about Rogers Counsel and Legalty Title is that they work hand in hand together. Once we executed the PAR agreement, Erica immediately sent the documents over to Legalty so that they could initiate the title search. I loved having that seamless integration… if I couldn’t figure out whether my question was for counsel or Legalty, I would email both and I would always get a response from one or both of them. Once Legalty Title took over, they were fast and efficient! Because purchasing a home is so fraught with emotion and fiscal distress, it really helps to have a business looking out for you. Thank you Rogers Counsel and Legalty Title!
