The Law Offices of Frederick A. Lurie present a mixed picture of features and highlights, as seen through the lens of customer reviews. These insights offer a direct look into the client experience, which can be a valuable tool for anyone considering the firm. On the one hand, a glowing review highlights the attorney's professionalism and expertise in a specific case involving a lien and foreclosure. This client, Ana A., praises Attorney Lurie for handling every detail with the "utmost professionalism" and being "extremely versed in the law." Her experience suggests a high level of competence and dedication to a successful outcome, leading her to say, "He will always be my go to!" This review speaks to the firm’s ability to handle complex and sensitive legal matters effectively, making it a reliable choice for long-term clients.
On the other hand, another review points to a less positive initial experience. This potential client details a phone call where they felt there was a lack of introduction and poor "customer service and people skills" from the individual they spoke with, whom they assumed was Frederick Lurie. September 25 · Ana AlcarazI literally just called their office just a few minutes ago. I was calling to inquire about placing a mechanics lien what is their process and seeing how they could assist me. From the beginning the lady was short with me and just immediately transferred me over. I'm assuming I was speaking with Frederick because I was explaining what I need assistance with. He asked me what attorney I have worked with and seemed irritated when I say I would like to decline giving that information. When he started asking more specifics. I wanted to retract. This is because there was no introduction. There was no explanation of how the process was. So I wanted to start from the beginning and when I asked him. His name. He said you called me you dont know it. NOPE!!! Definitely not a good fit. I will not engage in any business relationship starting on that foot. Definitely need more customer service and people skills.
December 13 · Jacquelina JablonskiExtremely unpleasant and unprofessional person to talk to. Unless you have a law degree and know and have the whole Lien process ready in detail, don't you dare asking him questions of what the process is. Waste two days of your life, leaving voicemails and calling back, to be hung up on, for asking how do I file a Lien.
May 23 · MIHAIL ZHILEVVery professional explained everything and what I could expect. Was able to resolve my situation in a timely manner. I would recommend him without hesitation.Frank Quinn
