★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had an excellent, very professional experience with Jocelyn. She explained everything I had questions about and made sure that I understood every part of what was going on throughout the entire process. We had a great outcome in my case and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your lawyer needs. Thanks for everything Jocelyn!
June 04 · Christopher MooreI retained Jocelyn Stewart from what I seen on TikTok to be honest. Her knowledge of the system and her promises to take care of her clients locked me in. You get exactly what you see. She was available at all times for me even though we had time differences (Washington State to Hawaii). I am so happy she represented me. Since I can't cover details, all I can say is that you will not be disappointed with having her in your corner. 1000% recommended!!!
April 17 · Angel MartellStay away. Spend your money elsewhere unless you have $40,000+ to burn away.If you are reading this, you are most likely going through one of the most turbulent times in your career and life, as I was months ago. From the first interaction with Jocelyn, there were numerous red flags that I chose not to acknowledge. Documents weren’t sent on time; communication was scarce, and I would be sent other clients' documentation. But, I believed in the Google reviews, the testimonials on the website, and simply wanted to believe I had the best representation.Yet, during this time, Jocelyn never did what she had promised. There were no witness interviews. There were no follow-up questions with any pertinent party. Nothing. But I trusted her. And I signed contract after contract with her. (She pieces out every portion of your interaction with her under a new contract; there is no flat fee—another red flag.)After paying tens of thousands of dollars, my situation only worsened (for a simple case). Ultimately, she stopped responding once the previous contract was up, and I didn’t have an extra five thousand to dump on top of the tens of thousands I had already given her. She quite literally ceased all communication with me at the darkest point of my life and my career.By the grace of god, I was able to find another UCMJ lawyer who is even better and a decent human being and communicates—and charged me a fraction of what I paid Jocelyn FOR EVERYTHING. And there was no individual contract for every scenario. I am beyond glad to say I am in a better place now but to no thanks to this firm. Stay away.

January 06 · Ethan ValiquetteMy career and retirement were on the line because of an unfounded accusation, and a process that does not necessarily require the accuser to have the burden of proof. Ms. Stewart went into action immediately, and now the accusations against me have been found unsubstantiated. Her communication was very timely and she kept me informed of all of her actions while ensuring every preparation was perfect. I could tell she is truly passionate about defending her clients and is a principled lawyer. Her team loves her and was just as devoted to my case as she was, which says much about her. Her approach to my case showed that she takes more than just the law into consideration; she also navigates the personalities of the people involved, and the nuances of the system that might be working against you. I believe she has excelled beyond mere technical knowledge and skill, to become a true master and even philosopher of the legal environment, giving her wisdom that places her above all others in defending you. I am deeply grateful to her for being my champion.
