★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Mr. Williford stole my money. There is no other word for it.I gave Mr. Williford a cash down payment of $500 in January 2024, to help with a probate matter. I provided all the information he asked for, and he advised me of how he would proceed. Mr. Williford did nothing. After several months of getting the brush off in response to my requests for an update, Mr. Williford simply stopped answering my messages on his website, and he won't return phone calls or emails. I found out recently that he had moved his office from Bristol Borough. Shame on you, Mr. Williford.
July 14 · Jen ZukTook my money $5000 and did not give me what we talked about. Attorney Williford was to set up a trust and also an estate plan. I gave him all the information he requested plus paid in full in Jan of 2024 after 3 months time I emailed to get an update got no response. I call the person who referred him to me to complain this got him to call me back but still no paperwork. This happened at least 3 different times. August 16 of 2024 I received a draft with the names of my grandchildren misspelled non of my rental properties information, the draft was totally unprofessional I showed it to another attorney he said this is nothing. I emailed attorney Williford Aug 18th. On sept I emailed again requesting a refund. He called me and said he would send my money back. I have NOT received anything from him. Very disappointed
January 08 · kathy copesI loved interacting with Don, he is very patient and responsive. I had moved into a new house and he helped me reduce the property tax assessment. He was very knowledgeable and accurate in his projections on how the whole thing will go. I highly recommend him and will gladly work with him in future if i need legal help
July 19 · Gaurav BhatiaWorst lawyer I’ve ever encountered. Gave him the questions to ask, to which he replied “I’ll ask what I want to ask” while he mumbled and stuttered through the whole cross examination. It was utterly disgraceful.Edit: defamation is false statements, this is not defamation because it is true. What about what I said was false? You mumbled through the whole hearing. You didn’t give me a chance to represent myself as you told me you were representing me and were asking what questions you wanted. You also failed to inform me about the $100 fee due after appearing at court. It is my opinion and experience that you are an incapable lawyer or at least you were on that day. If you don’t think so, check the transcripts which will show you asking the same mumbling question 3 times. You told me “this will probably get dismissed since it’s a custody issue” so it turns out maybe I do know the law better than you, given your lack of insight and preparation. My name is also Mr Lim to which you cannot even read and keep writing Lin.
February 01 · Panda XAbsolute gentleman and fantastic consult. Negative reviews aren’t consistent with my experience of Don. I had a call discussing family legal matters and he was thorough, direct, and clear. Thanks for being a great member of the community!
