★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently worked with Mr White for a home purchase, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. While the transaction came with its share of challenges and unexpected issues, Mr White handled everything with professionalism and confidence. The process wasn’t always smooth, but thanks to their guidance and clear explanations at every step, it was ultimately successful. I truly felt they had my best interests at heart. Their ability to be both professional and relatable made the experience much less stressful.I highly recommend Law Firm of Earl P. White to anyone in need of a real estate attorney, and I will absolutely be using their services again in the future.
June 07 · Anthonett CookeThere are bad attorneys, okay attorneys, good attorneys, and great attorneys. Earl is an okay attorney. If you have good credit and just need someone to review documents and carry out instructions, he can handle that. But if you need someone to protect your interests, negotiate assertively, and steer you away from bad deals—especially in situations where your financing or approval isn’t guaranteed—he may not be the right fit.To be fair, he became more active toward the end of the transaction. He did call and follow up. But during earlier parts of the process, when critical decisions were being made, there were times I reached out and didn’t get the level of responsiveness or advocacy I needed. For the $250 retainer I paid, the level of service was worth about that. I was supposed to pay him $1,700, but he didn't charge me the $1450. I didn’t receive a surprise bill, and I do respect that. Myra, his assistant, was consistent and helpful throughout. However, at the end of the day, I lost in this transaction—and he was my attorney. That’s hard to overlook. He did try to explain things after the fact, but the damage was already done. As I told him, there wasn’t much left to talk about once the deal went south. He’ll do what you ask him to do, and he’s not unethical or unreasonable—but he’s not a strategic advocate either. He’s just okay.
June 11 · Isis RichardsonI am a first time home buyer, and would have been absolutely lost without Earl. He was professional, friendly, organized, and ready to answer all my questions and advocate for me wherever needed. My home purchase would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Earl's help all the way through. Thanks for everything!
