Nicole has a really rude attitude. I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with her on a phone consultation, in reference to child support enforcement. She wasn’t very willing to help. She kept telling me to reach out to the Child support office, which I explained I had done but apparently wasn’t getting anywhere, which is why I reached out to her. . She is very condescending . She responded to me as if me calling her was an annoyance . I got her information from a legal plan with my Job . As many attorneys as there are in the Atlanta area don’t waste your time with a bad attitude from the start. Her ratings are low on every site I’ve visited Hopefully she will better her self and learn from her reviews instead of attempting to check people under their reviews.I beginning to wonder if the 5 star reviews on this page are fake? The only reviews with real photos are the 1 star reviews. BEWARE. - Jackie Ford

LaForge & Elder provides legal services in a few specific practice areas, allowing them to concentrate their expertise and provide knowledgeable support to their clients. Their work is primarily centered on a number of key legal matters that are often highly personal and emotionally charged. Here is a list of the services offered by the firm:

  • Child Custody: Providing legal representation for parents seeking to establish, modify, or enforce child custody arrangements. This includes navigating complex negotiations and, if necessary, litigation to protect the best interests of the child.
  • Child Support: Assisting clients with legal matters related to child support, including initial calculations, enforcement of existing orders, and modifications based on changes in circumstances.
  • Personal Injury: Representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others, helping them pursue compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. This includes various types of accidents and injuries.

These practice areas require a high degree of knowledge and experience. Child custody and child support cases are governed by Georgia family law, which can be intricate and subject to judicial discretion. Similarly, personal injury law involves detailed evidence gathering and negotiation with insurance companies, as well as the potential for courtroom litigation. The firm's focus on these areas allows them to provide a dedicated and specialized approach to each case. While the provided information lists these services, the client experience can vary. Some clients have expressed concerns about the firm's communication style and willingness to help, particularly in the early stages of a case. It is important for prospective clients to be aware of all available public information and to use their initial consultation to determine if the firm's approach is the right fit for their individual needs. The firm's services are designed to address some of the most pressing legal issues for families and individuals in the Atlanta area, but it's crucial to feel confident in your chosen legal representation.
