When I called to check on my case, the paralegal who handled my intake, Emily Sanchez, didn’t even remember speaking with me. I was told someone would follow up by the end of the day, no one ever did. I called once on Wednesday, and now two days later, still nothing. I took the time to share my personal situation in detail, hoping for help, but ended up wasting my time and effort. It seems unless the matter is high profile or financially significant, it doesn’t receive much attention. Good luck finding a lawyer who will actually fight for your rights
