My contractor took me to the court for not paying him. I refused to pay because he tried to charge me for the materials that were never used and lots of measurements were off. My main concern was missing materials. Keving completely ignored it and emphasized the measurements part which wasn't that important. A year later, when I finally asked if he's going to do anything about missing materials, he told me that I should file the fraud case but now it's too late and I should think about it earlier. Another atterney put all possible liens against me and my husband even though he wasn't part of the deal. Kevin mentioned multiple times that my husband shouldn't be involved but wasn't able to fight any of that.I feel like my case was neglected.
