I would not recommend this law firm to anybody. The communication is non existent. The turnover rate is horrible. I have had 3 representative's to help with this case. You have no reconciliation of who your lawyer's are. How are you getting more than me through a settlement and I'm the one suffering. Just shows the Greed for money and not the actual suffering person who decided to to trust you. Please do yourself a favor and do some research. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM

Taylor is amazing,she worked hard on my case and got it done as fast as she could! Taylor stayed on top of my case and kept in contact with me! I’m so happy she was the one that took on my case and finished it off🙂!The only bad thing is,the lawyer walks away with way more money than the person that was in an accident, this has nothing to do with Taylor. It took 5 people to handle my case when it just should’ve taking 1.. Taylor is amazing and she only finished the hand she was delt with.

My case was picked up by K&P in March2025. I have spoken with an attorney once since agreeing for them to handle my case, which in hindsight seems like a huge mistake. I have called left numerous amount of messages with Jessie just to be told he left in May and now my case is under a new manager by the name of Michelle. Which doesn't seem to be any better in the communication department, not to mention I wasn't even notified of any changes by K&P which they are ethically obligated to do so. The first red flag was how much they hounded me to take my case just for them to turn around and not even put in an effort to hold proper communication to its clients. I wish I would've read the reviews prior to our agreement because they pretty much all say the same thing. Looking to hand my case over to another firm expeditiously.

If you're in a accident, don't go to K&P. I was in a accident over a year ago and no one communicates. In the beginning, I gave them 2 stars but no comment. But as you can see someone responded and asked me to describe what happened to customer care. I did and still no results. It really seems like they hold your settlement check. I have been done with everything that I'm supposed to do since last fall. No communication, no results, and I asked to speak to a supervisor and now they are ignoring me. I highly suggest avoiding this firm unless you don't mind being ignored. I had good experiences with them in the past but their service has went down!! I really just want to close my case but they are not concerned nor do they care.
