Terrible lawyer been trying to talk to him only ever talk to him once. I thought he was a good lawyer even put him on with one of my friends .but ,now I feel he doesn't care about wht going on I called several times explaining what's going on with the case. refused to get back with me left plenty of messages for the front desk for the lawyer to get back to me .soo in other words, if you wish to be ignored, left on the sidelines, this is your guy really unprofessional. Hardly speak with you and do his own thing if you are better off going to a different firm, and please guys don't give up any personal information I don't trust these people nor understand what really going on behind the scenes. They will play with you're case.

0/10 do not recommend! Hired this firm back in April and received NO updates or correspondence after many calls, emails, and vm messages. Little to no work was done on my claim--not even so much as a claim number from the insurance company. I'm disturbed mainly because there was more conversation/gossip from Ellen about the law firm I came from than anything of use regarding my claim. It appears that Robin, who was supposed to be handling my claim did nothing to request the video as there is no correspondence attached to the copy of my file that I requested nearly a month ago and just received via email yesterday. (which may or may not even be the complete file, but apparently, Robin was out of the office and the assistant can't view her emails) I never received one call, letter, or anything that would show any significant attempts to having my case resolved. I've worked as a PI paralegal and understand how cases are to be handled. There's no proof of any of that in the documents I've reviewed. Customer service is piss poor.

Please Do not do no business with this law firm. They are very unprofessional, they lie to their clients. Very long winded, RUDE and do not do their job. And he regret using this law firm. I was a passenger in the accident and we were rear ended. They say I can't be used for witness and I was in the car. They don't work for u nor fight for your case. No communication until you have to do all the calling is that is also terrible. Let me ask you how do you get the person information license number name and say you don't have no proof? Car damages as well. When you are rear-ended that's the most easiest case you can win. This law firm is a mess and need to be shut down please don't use them, there's no good work ethic and it's very unprofessional. It's been a waste of my time and energy. Don't ignore the reviews.

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAW FIRM!!! This law firm is very long-winded and unprofessional let me not forget unorganized AND DISRESPECTFUL! ELLEN SPEAKS TO YOU AS IF YOU WORK FOR HER AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! They don't inform you about your case AT ALL nor do they keep track of your case.. instead of telling you they short staffed or unable to assist with your case they take it and have you waitingmonths!!!!!!! I call this office every day to check on my case... They sent me a letter stating they couldn’t get in contact with me because of a number change but that’s incorrect because as I stated I call them every day! when I called they said my check should be en route within two weeks, it has BEEN A MONTH…. I called them AGAIN! They proceeded to tell me they called the adjuster and got the check stopped and reissued ( they say )... Every time I called this dysfunctional office they came up with another excuse!! They even hang the phone up on you while you’re talking even the actual lawyer!!Please don't ignore this review they do not deserve a dime of your money!!!They need to be shut down if I'm being completely honest... THE ONLY PERSON I'VE COME ACROSS THAT WAS NICE WAS MRS. ROBIN SWEET LADY! THEY EVEN TOLD ME IF I TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN THEY'D FIGHT FOR MORE MONEY. LIKE ISNT THAT YOUR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE???

This law firm is terrible very rude and unprofessional. They do not do there job. They dont keep you informed about your case half of the time they don't know what's going on with your case. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone this is my first and last time using this rip off firm they tries to get interest off your money by holding it for a few weeks after your case has been settled. That's not how it suppose to happen. They long winded with your case, don't returns calls has one old lawyer who needs to be retired. A couple of them are very rude and very disrespectful. DON'T USE THIS OFFICE!!That goes to show how unprofessional this firm is I don't know who you are but i'm dealing with kandel Sr. who is very rude and don't do his job and if it wasn't for Ellan I was not going to no longer have your firm or Mr. Kandel Sir. Repersent me and my family no longer. We deduced to give your firm the benefit of doubt and kept y'all on board and you saying you don't have me down as a client its me and two other family members are with your firm and none of us is listed but 2 of the cases is settled been settled for a week now and haven't received anything yet and one is still waiting on a settlement.
