The decision to choose a law firm is based on its ability to meet specific legal needs, and for residents in North Dakota, it is important to understand the role of a firm like Johnson Rodenburg & Lauinger. The provided reviews highlight a perspective that is common for firms specializing in debt collection. From the point of view of a debtor, the firm's actions, such as filing judgments and not being able to "work with" them, can understandably be seen as "horrible" and "rude." However, from the perspective of their client—the creditor—this aggressive and efficient approach is precisely what they are being paid to do. The firm's business model is not to negotiate with debtors but to legally enforce the terms of an agreement on behalf of its clients.
What is worth choosing about this firm, for those who are its clients (creditors), is its clear and focused specialization. They are not a general-purpose firm; they have honed their skills in the complex area of creditors' rights, which can be highly effective for businesses and institutions that rely on the legal system to recover what they are owed. Their professional features, such as accessibility for all visitors, further demonstrate a commitment to conducting their business with efficiency and professionalism. For a local user, understanding this distinction is crucial: this firm is a dedicated resource for businesses and creditors, and their legal actions, while sometimes perceived as harsh by debtors, are a direct result of their specialized legal role.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This "law firm" is horrible! All they do is file judgements instead of communicating and trying to work with you. They are rude, corrupt and should be put out of business. Unfortunate events happen in life and this firm doesn't care and just wants to take people's money instead of trying to work with them. They don't even deserve one star!

July 18 · Courtney HanesWill not answer phone calls and will not communicate. I have attempted to make multiple payments on a debt that I owe and they have not accepted them. I am actively trying to pay back this debt and they make it very difficult to do so. I do not recommend them!
