★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am not typically a person who does reviews. Jackson and MacNichol deserve every accolade available. Through the almost 7 years of waiting for this they constantly encouraged me to be patient. Sometimes I was not. I am forever grateful to them.
August 25 · MARTHA JESSUPI’ve gotten to know the team at Jackson & MacNichol both professionally and personally, and they are exceptional in every way. They truly care, they know their stuff, and they get results. If you need a dedicated and trustworthy legal team, they’re the ones to call for a VA disability claim.
August 14 · David MartayI've known the team at Jackson MacNichol for several years, and they are hardworking, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. There's no doubt in my mind that if you have a VA claim, they should be your first call.
August 14 · Andrew ComptonI love the lawyers and staff at Jackson MacNichol. Jack has a lifetime of experience with Veteran's disability issues. You can't go wrong with these people working for you.
August 14 · 1060normandyI had originally contacted this firm inquiring about their VA claim process and how it works. I also asked for a copy of the contract that I wound be required to sign so I could review it in order to be aware of the requirements of the contract.Since my initial inquiry in March of this year I have received at least 11 phone calls and on 4/20/25 I received a letter stating it was “extremely important” for me to contact them.I called the 800 number in the letter and explained the situation as stated above. I also stated that I had made no decision whether I spins even be filing and sort of VA claim at this point. I further stated I was also unsure if I filed a claim if I was going to use their services or not. The person I was speaking with stated he would have someone call me back. I stated I did not want any callback as I was unsure attire point what actions I spins be taking. He continued to insist someone would call me back.I was getting a bit frustrated and told him o wanted no callback, for him to put it in his notes I wanted no callback and at this point any further attempts of contacting me seemed like harassment.
