April 19 · Arlene McneilWARNING: Do not use this attorney for estate planning. My parents trusted this man to be the administrator of their estate. There was no administration. I live in Tennessee, a younger brother lived close to my parents so they named him the will executor. Long after the death of my mother, I was forced to pay thousands of dollars to another Philadelphia attorney to help me even get a copy of my mothers will to discover that they named me sole beneficiary. (after I was told by my brother that I had "no interest" in the will). My parents put their trust in Harvey Iseman to administrate the estate and protect siblings from greed and corruption. This attorney, so called "officer of the court" and documented will administrator (and his colluding staff) allowed my brother to file probate documents as if I was DEAD and protected him from the theft and ransacking of all of my parents personal property for his own profit. As a result, our Tennessee family has no memories of my parents. And if that wasn't bad enough, he was allowed to hide and steal hundreds of thousands of dollars of my parents retirement certificates of deposit for his personal use after the death of my mother. These savings were never reported to the IRS as assets owned by my mother. My parents would have been very sad and angry if they knew the attorney they trusted to protect me failed in administering their will and allowed my brother to steal, ransack, and pilfer our family estate representing a lifetime of hard work and savings. Now that you know how terrible the will administration was with Harvey Iseman, you have the opportunity to find another attorney immediately. It's very obvious that this man and his staff will not follow your wishes after death. There was no administration. There was no communication with an out of state sibling, even as the sole beneficiary (which they tried to hide). They have even ignored our repeated requests for help in answering our complaints. As this unfortunate experience reveals, you never know the outcome of greedy siblings who live in close proximity of loved ones. BEWARE and find an attorney who will follow your estate wishes.
