★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could, I’d give them zero stars. EXTREMELY unprofessional. They will not help explain anything to you. They will not provide documentation if it’s asked for. They basically make you feel stupid and then HANG UP ON YOU!!!! Bunch of miserable people working there and it shows.

June 19 · Dallas StoneI was not a client nor opponent of the law firm. I attended the proceedings as an ADA support person for my wife. The attorney, Alex Hall, was extremely unprofessional in his interactions with the opponent, my wife, who was representing herself pro se. He said “This is my hearing,” when we were alone in a conference room when he was discussing gathering information, when there was in fact no hearing in session and they would let the judge know if there was progress. He became visibly flustered and put his pen down and, I swear to you, this young attorney literally whined to us in a higher-pitched voice, “Why are you making this so difficult?” after we made a motion that had to be decided by the judge. Something else he did was he started asking me questions. I’m not named in the case and have no involvement other than as the ADA support person, granted permission by the judge. His questions were about my income and assets, to which I answered “That’s none of your business,” and, “That’s not appropriate or pertinent,” because Oklahoma isn’t a communal property state and we have a prenuptial agreement, and the action was for before my wife and I even met. After he asked for that hearing that day, and we agreed, Alex Hall, once he determined that I- the ADA support person- would not answer his questions, he stood up, packed his belongings, and said that he would not allow me to attend the next session, then walked out of the “hearing” he specifically asked for after scheduling another for 6 months later. We followed him to the clerk’s office to get copies of the orders from that day. As we were leaving I heard him saying to the ladies that worked in that office, “They say I walked out…” but the door closed so I missed the rest. It appeared that he was seeking validation from parties not even remotely involved.I attempted to contact the senior partners to inform them of this childish, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior. I left messages with the front office, voice mails, and the front desk stated they would even email them, but they never returned my calls. I can only assume that the senior partners at Hall and Ludlum condone unprofessional and childish behavior.Don’t get me wrong- Alex Hall seems intelligent, but he has no idea how to talk to people, be respectful, compromise, act like an adult, nor understand that he is crossing a line from propriety to impropriety. He’s young and it shows. He has a lot of growing up to do.

December 17 · A. ByrdUpdate called after posting this. Got sent to another person's voicemail. No callback. Finally called & got put through to the office manager. So we'll see if she calls back....I would just like a single piece of paper for my records with proof. There's a reason their reviews are so low. Alexander Hall was handling my case. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional and not a good person. They will take your money, then just stop all contact with you. I've gotten no official documents that I've paid off my debt. No time lines or next steps to recieve the overpayment they took. I've asked for these via email and phone several times & Alex ignores me everytime. Some of us may have made mistakes, but we're still people. Shame on you, Alex. Shame on this place for being so unprofessional
May 15 · Bobie JohnsonMost unprofessional lawyer I have ever met. First, let me state, this lawyer is for the other side, not representing me, but Alex hall displayed the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen with his little tantrum and storming out of a meeting - something I never thought I would experience in court setting. To date he has been rude, condescending, and at times even threatening. Wholly unnecessary and disrespectful when I am sitting there trying provide and have a discussion regarding the information he is requesting. I had my husband with me, and he is assisting me according to the ADA, and Hall stated as he was storming off that he wasn’t going to allow him to attend the next hearing with me, because my husband wouldn’t answer questions directed at him (my husband) about his (my husbands) income, which is not appropriate questioning given that my husband is not a person in this case by any means and is only assisting me.
