August 27 · K. M.This office makes it there job to make it so difficult to work with them. They will not honor phone payments nor have online payment options. Secondly they give wrong information on the phone. First they did take payments on the phone then i call the next month and they tell me they cant take phone payments. How can a company in this day and age not take electronic payments. That's how you know that they do not even want to pay for electronic pay service. My suggestion bypass them and go directly to the city and pay directly.

March 04 · M. ZGRB Law as it is known is a law firm employed by the City of Philadelphia to help collect back real estate taxes owed by homeowners to the city. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to make payment arrangements for taxes owed, rather than the alternatives, which could include being evicted from your property. I didn't choose this law firm, the City referred my case to them because of unpaid back taxes. I believe there are other firms also that they use to aid in the collection of delinquent real estate taxes. There is a down payment required in order to get a payment plan established.
