Gianos & Phillips LLC Reviews
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and honesty on the part of Mark Phillips, Mr. Gianos’s partner. I am filing a grievance with as many “higher ups” as possible for the unprofessional behavior I was forced to endure at the hands of Mark. I was misinformed by him and could have saved thousands of dollars by letting the QDRO company handle the Domestic Relations Orders after my divorce. Not once did Mark suggest that I take that route. It seems to me that making money for the firm was the driving force behind his lack of the proper advice to his client. Then to add insult to injury, he left me high-and-dry at the tail end of my lawsuit, refusing to discuss strategies going forward and cutting off all communication with me altogether. Meanwhile, he’d been paid IN FULL for his services both times, which were marginal at best - he neglected to file a Consideration of Services with the court twice. He was also paid to appear in court, but due to COVID everything was going to be done via written notification and/or virtually over the computer. Since the defendant flipped the court the bird 3 times by not responding to the court’s demands with his reply, no court or virtual appearances were necessary. Well, Mark, where do I go from here? A simple question that wouldn’t have taken much on your part to answer. Instead you chose to be rude, condescending and cut me off entirely. Not the proper way with which to service your client. Mark seems to forget that the client is paying him to provide advice and legal services in a professional manner. What happened, Mark?
