"If you are a condo homeowner and have encountered water leaks and water intrusion from common HOA property & plumbing into your individual unit, Art should be on your speed dial immediately. He has helped me through one of my most difficult and terrifying times in my life, battling an HOA to be held accountable for its negligence in maintaining common area property. At first, as a condo homeowner, many may not know or understand the legal aspects of the CC&Rs and By-Laws from the HOA, but Art took the time to explain to me how an HOA is responsible for common area maintenance and if an HOA is neglecting maintenance and it affects your individual unit, an HOA must be held accountable. (You will need to have your attorney first review these documents to make sure you can legally hold an HOA responsible, every CC&Rs will be slightly different on how an HOA is governed) If you encounter a negligent HOA, and if you have evidence and facts to support this, Art will be on top of the hill holding an HOA responsible and he won’t give up until they are held accountable to its full extent, so you as the homeowner can have your property built back as whole again as stated in the CC&Rs.
