Mishandled important documents by mailing my legal documents containing personal information to the wrong address. My documents had been opened by strangers. Apparently addressing envelopes is beyond their skill level.

February 22 · Brian LI am putting a 1 star review because you have to put something to submit a review, and I never write reviews but trying to save the next person their time. I submitted through the bar association lawyers asking for a law firm that would take on my case and this law firm was not only 1 of the responses back, but they reached out to me first. We talked on the phone after receiving a lengthy voicemail on how they would take on the case (7/31/25). We talked the following day on Friday and discussed the matter and was told what information to start collecting and we would talk the beginning of the following week, awesome! I called a couple of times at the beginning of the week with no response. I thought, huh, strange, maybe the lawyer had personal things going on or forgot he was on vacation, something. After that no response I tried once a week for 3 weeks with no response. I did not want to be aggressive and call more. I figured by now give up on it, they obviously did on you with the no response. But I am obviously adamant on wanting this case reviewed and thought no response was just unprofessional. Yesterday I called the lawyer again, with no response, of course, so I called the law firm again directly and talked to their amazing secretary, she was straight forward, very nice, and did exactly what she said she would. Talked to him and he was pleased I wanted to set up an appointment for today the following day at a time that worked for him (43 days after he reached out and then failed to respond to more than a handful of voicemails). (Sidebar: she gets a 5-star and should work somewhere better, very professional and did her job to perfection). So we talked this morning for a brief minute to only be told they did not want to take the case for 2 main reasons, economics and veracity. Using big words hoping I did not understand the definitions. Economics of the matter is that now they feel they would not be paid enough to handle a case they reached out to me and were at one point very jovial to hear about and take on. Second point the veracity of my truthfulness, in which the prosecutor and policeman of the case said, with my lawyer present, said they were completely wrong on even pulling me over in the first place before completely throwing the case out entirely, no trial at all.So, to sum up this brainless situation that was a complete waste of time to me with no respect. They will take on your case if it benefits their needs/pockets and might also throw in their two cents on your truthfulness even though they had faith in facts of the matter when the yield of greenbacks seemed right for them. They wanted to refer other law firms, but I think we can all do that on our own, don’t need them wasting more time and giving false hope yet again with their antics.Takeaway for those that need representation, don’t even bother wasting your time, you will feel a sense of hope just to be slammed by despair yet again, when trying to seek help. They might also throw shade on the genuineness of your candor, because it does not meet the enrichment of their pecuniary gain.
