Fradkin & Weber Pa Introduce
When legal issues arise, navigating the complexities of the justice system can be overwhelming. For residents and businesses in Baltimore, Maryland, having a reliable and experienced law firm to turn to is essential. Fradkin & Weber Pa is a law firm located in Baltimore that provides legal services to clients across the state. They are committed to offering professional and practical legal counsel to help individuals and businesses through their legal challenges.
Fradkin & Weber Pa has established a presence in the Baltimore legal community by focusing on providing legal representation in various areas of law. While their specific practice areas are not detailed in the provided information, the firm operates as an attorney service, which suggests they handle a range of legal matters. The firm's work is centered on guiding clients through the complexities of the legal system, with a goal of achieving favorable outcomes. Their commitment to their clients is a cornerstone of their practice, and they strive to provide a high level of service.
However, public feedback suggests that potential clients should exercise diligence. A detailed review from a past client raises concerns about communication and billing practices, alleging a lack of transparency and follow-up regarding a debt collection case. The review describes a situation where a debt continued to accrue despite payments being made, with the client receiving "notices of non compliance" even after their wages were being garnished. This highlights the importance of open communication and clear billing practices when choosing a legal representative.
Fradkin & Weber Pa is situated at 200 E Joppa Rd #301, in the Baltimore area of Maryland. This location is conveniently positioned to serve the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, including Towson and surrounding communities. The office's address in a professional building on a major road makes it easily accessible for clients.
The firm is committed to providing an accessible environment for all clients. The office features a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. This ensures that individuals with mobility challenges can visit the office comfortably and with ease. The availability of these amenities reflects a thoughtful approach to client care and convenience.
To ensure a productive and focused consultation, the firm highly recommends that clients schedule appointments in advance. This practice allows the attorneys to dedicate specific, uninterrupted time to discuss your case in detail, ensuring that your initial meeting is as informative as possible. The combination of a central location and a commitment to accessibility makes Fradkin & Weber Pa a convenient option for legal services in the Baltimore region.
The provided information indicates that Fradkin & Weber Pa operates as a general attorney service. While no specific practice areas were detailed, their role as legal professionals suggests they may handle a variety of legal matters. However, given some of the public reviews, it is strongly suggested that their practice includes debt collection and related legal proceedings, as several public complaints revolve around these issues.
Based on the limited information, the types of legal services they provide as an attorney service may include:
- Legal Representation: Offering counsel and representation in various legal disputes.
- Debt Collection: Assisting clients with the legal aspects of debt collection, which may include managing garnishments and pursuing non-compliant debtors.
- Consultation: Providing legal advice to clients to help them understand their rights and options.
Given the public feedback, a significant portion of their work appears to be related to debt collection, where they represent creditors. The negative review provided also details a case involving a personal injury claim, although the firm's role in that specific case is unclear from the client's perspective. It's important for potential clients to clarify the specific types of cases the firm handles and which party they typically represent (e.g., creditor or debtor).
Fradkin & Weber Pa possesses several key features that are important for potential clients to consider. These aspects relate to the firm's client services and operational practices.
- Wheelchair Accessible: The firm has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making the office accessible for all.
- Professional Environment: The presence of a restroom and a professional office setting ensures a comfortable and appropriate environment for legal discussions.
- Appointments Recommended: The policy of recommending appointments indicates a commitment to providing focused, one-on-one time with each client, ensuring their case is given the attention it deserves.
- Central Baltimore Location: The firm’s location on E Joppa Rd provides a convenient and accessible option for clients throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area.
It is important to note that public records and reviews show that the firm has faced multiple complaints related to billing issues and communication, some of which have gone unanswered. This is a critical factor for any potential client to research and consider before engaging their services.

When choosing a lawyer in Maryland, it is crucial to find a firm that aligns with your specific legal needs and one with which you feel confident. Based on the available information, what is worth choosing about Fradkin & Weber Pa is their accessibility and professional operational structure. The firm’s physical office is designed to be welcoming to all clients, which is a positive aspect. Their location in Baltimore is also a key advantage for local clients seeking in-person legal counsel. The practice of recommending appointments shows a desire to manage client relations in an organized and efficient manner.
However, the decision to hire this firm should be made with careful consideration of the public feedback. The detailed and negative review from a former client, along with BBB complaints, raises significant questions about the firm's communication and billing transparency, particularly in debt-related cases. The review alleges a lack of responsiveness and a confusing payment structure. This kind of experience, if representative of the firm's practices, can be a major source of frustration and financial distress for clients.
Therefore, while Fradkin & Weber Pa offers a convenient and accessible location, it is highly recommended that potential clients thoroughly investigate the firm's history, ask specific questions about billing and communication policies during the initial consultation, and seek references from past clients who have had a positive experience. Making an informed decision is paramount to ensuring a successful and satisfactory legal outcome. For those involved in debt collection matters, understanding which side the firm represents is also a critical step before engaging their services.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1In 2009 I was rear ended by a older couple ( looking for fast money). They rear ended me and then all 3 claimed extensive injuries from a 2 mph bump. I ended up being sued for $16,000.00. I wasnt working and couldnt pay it. The judgement ended up being over $50,000.00 and my license got taken from me. Wasnt my fault in the first place. When I got back to work a few years ago I found out they were going after me through my pay, whatever, fine. The paperwork said I would pay 1/4 of my pay until it was paid off... 1/4 ended up being like $50 to pay off $50,000.00 OMG.. I was getting regular statement of how much they were taking. As of a year ago I stopped getting them. Today I looked online at the Maryland Case Search and see that every once or so they were putting in a notice of non compliance. You've garnished my pay, how could their be non compliance. I also checked my paychecks and they havent taken money out in forever. These people need to be investigated. They're crooks.

April 18 · Jacqueline GeeseyHad a debt close over $5k (Lendmark). Fradkin & Weber took me to court with a decision favoring them- as it should. I attempted to comply with the decision by completing my interrogatory ON TIME but reaching out to work out a payment plan. The paralegal I talked to (name starts with a G) told me to include the payment offer in the interrogatory. I also asked that they email me back for confirmation of receipt and whether the payment plan worked. I emailed the address given to me by the paralegal AND receptionist. I never heard back and even followed up (email and phone). Every time I called, I was left on hold for about 15-30 minutes. When G finally answered, I was met with nasty energy and replies. She claimed it was never emailed and they went ahead with pushing for bank freezes and garnishments even though I was clearly trying to pay. The only way they were able to get my bank information and my new employer was from the interrogatory! It wasn't until over a month later that I learned they rejected my payment plan and the only reason I learned this was because I called to ask why their motioning for a freeze and garnishment if I presented a payment plan (they rejected it but didn't feel the need to communicate their decision). Then G denied all the information she told me in our phone conversations and that I didn’t attempt to work with them.Fast forward I emailed the lawyer with an offer to pay the whole debt under certain conditions and then all of a sudden, the email worked and they were able to communicate. Even in the settlement agreement sent, they tried to throw some shady wording in it. I filed a complaint with Maryland’s Attorney Grievance Commission and used all records of communication as evidence of their misconduct and malicious actions. It wasn’t until I mentioned the complaint that they were better, but I still didn’t trust them with any bank information. I made a payment directly with Lendmark because I truly believed if I made a payment to this law firm, they would have lied about receiving it.My suggestion is to keep all documentation of communication and if you feel their conduct is unprofessional and malicious, file a complaint. The system is in their favor (the lawyer lied on his letter about dates and communication between us and they took his word over my records) but maybe someone in the MD bar will eventually have morals and old them accountable.

November 29 · Shannen CochrahamFradkin & Weber pa need to be investigated ASAP. They continue to come for me for a 10 year old loan from 2014 for the amount of $5k which I have paid back almost $20k total up to date and it is not making any sense. I took a $5k loan out in 2014 made payments on time up until I had a financial hardship in 2016. In 2017 I woke up to frozen bank accounts and a Garnishment order from the courts. First time hearing about them. Fradkin & Weber pa Never reached out prior, to try to come to an agreement to pay off the balance. From 2017 to 2018 they were garnishing my checks until I stopped working at that Job leaving a balance of $1,700. Never heard from them until 2019 when they took me back to court. I showed up to court and they did not. Never heard from them again until 2022 when I received a new garnishment order from the courts but I was no longer working at that employer. In 2023 I receive another garnishment order for almost another $7k.(wished the courts would work as hard on child support cases as they do cases like this one) They have been successfully garnishing my checks since the summer of 2023 and till this date still are. I called today requesting copies of all the payments that have been taken since the 1st garnishment and they said they send out monthly statements and will not send my request. I explained i have not received their monthly statements and even then I was still told NO and repeated that they send monthly statements. How do I not have a right to see the amount of payments that have been made by me to them? I have no issues paying back what I owe and then some but at this point i feel as they are taking full advantage of me not questioning them. But now I have tons of questions that need Answers. And from all the other reviews and reviews on the BBB site this company has no issues taking full advantage of people who don't speak up and allow it like

February 23 · Jennifer BarajasReceived my School grant money to pay for my last Semester of college today. They’ve garnished and frozen my bank account. School money, rent, and car payment. All gone this morning as soon as I received it. I call and ask “why didn’t anyone tell me you guys would take my school money, I’m on the phone with you now so obviously I can be reached” she replies “that’s not our jobs. We collect money” so needless to say so degree This year, and I won’t be going into the military with any rank this year as well. Last payment made was April 2019… the fact I had to remind this woman what the subsequent years have done to the economy is crazy to me. Have no idea what to tell my family, or my child. Hell my apartment complex. But hey. That’s ok right. The lawyer got their money.

February 22 · Lorenzo HattenDo not be mislead by this place if you owe a creditor or anyone else a debt by submitting banking info, soc sec. numbers or any personal information due to a seemingly court appointed letter. I paid them off, a $1600 bill that they tried to threaten me with through a court coded letter with THEIR LETTERHEAD. I was fortunate b/c I have a couple of lawyer friends who gave me advice on how to deal with them. But in short, seek free legal counsel through the courts. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. PAY THEM OFF IF YOU CAN OR GO TO COURT AND EXPLAIN YOUR CASE TO THE JUDGE ESPECIALLY NOW WITH BEING IN A PANDEMIC.
