★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1At first I thought Eric Weitzel was pretty decent but then I only got communication from his assistant whom couldn't seem to remember anything I had said. Then at my final court date where I had to be present, his assistant called me while in the court room to tell me that he'd be on Zoom. This was unprofessional and definitely not what was expected or desired. They were telling me things to do to help my case, and I did all of them but it didn't help and he didn't really fight for me either. Very disappointed in his services.
March 30 · Crystal MooreI would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. They're all about quick easy money, no effort in my situation. There was evidence they never tried to aquire. It's pretty sad when a Public Defender works harder than someone your paying your hard earned dollar for. They ultimately caused me to lose a 12 year good paying job. Oh by the way Kevin Conklin of the Clarksville Police department filed a false affidavit which initiated this whole event. I thought I'd put that on here since no one wanted to do their job and investigate?
August 13 · Joseph StultsJonathan Leachman is the best lawyer I've had get straight to the point and understands what you are going through in family court I'm thankful for him my baby girl is home for Christmas so thankful God bless him and his family
December 07 · jovet brownI called just to inquire as To what type of attorney I needed for my situation and because it was 4:22 p.m. I guess The receptionist and answered my phone call had shut down on things like polite and courteous behavior toward another human being going through a tough time because she could not be bothered to even let me finish a sentence before cutting me off and not listening to me and repeating herself like I was on the Maury povich show. Even if that had been the correct attorney I would never choose anyone no matter how good they were with service levels like that. I can't imagine you gaining much business no matter how good you are if that's the way you treat people.
June 19 · No oneAfter spending $8,500$. Okay so there were two lawyers involved one of the lawyers decided to up and disappear quit gave her no notice whatsoever so they put in some other guy so-called lawyer no names going to be included in my little rant. So this goes on for a little bit drawn-out owing $ 850 remaining balance they decided to drop her the client completely throwing her under the bus like they did the whole time I would never recommend anyone is there services I made the mistake and referred her to this man or woman. So what would you think if your lawyer quit without your knowledge in the middle of your pretrial I believe not real certain I'm not a lawyer or anything but that's possible mistrial I like some feedback on that by someone that knows a lot more than I do. I would really appreciate that because they did it at the wrong time and they knew what they was doing.
