Featherstone Don Reviews
The first meeting was impressive and he was charming. Second forced visit after several repeated ignored calls to him, messages, and emails, I was crying and in pain and he yelled at me.I was made promises, which he denied he had made me. He will promise you the moon to take your case and then leave your future hanging and empty. He agreed to help me also file an appeal for Industrial Retirement. He needed to file a Finding of Fact to save my appeal. He had 2 years to complete this promise. A year and 8 months later he denied to me and the State Bar that he ever mentioned it. Now my appeal runs out in 30 days and I lose it. That's a quarter more in disability non taxable pay. He has stressed me to the max! Destroyed any faith I had in attys and left me without the retirement I deserve. He still has my case and refuses to talk to me or be cordial. I am left to fight for myself and receiving no medical. My charge cards are maxed. It was the worst choice I made to hire him.
