As I write this review, I want to point out that I didn't have an open case long enough to give a fair review of the full service as a whole. They dropped my case a couple of weeks in. Fine. This is where I have a HUGE problem. I can't speak on Emeka himself, as he was decent when I met him to open my case. However, his employee PRICILLA!!! The absolute most disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional person I've ever encountered in legal type of situation. First of all, I found out through my chiropractor that they'd dropped my case. I called to get clarity, and spoke with Pricilla, who at the time I thought was a bit extra, but no big deal. I contacted my insurance company to get details, because Pricilla couldn't provide much, however, she made it seem like this huge issue. But had no details for me. Fine. So I left the agent a message telling her what I'd been told by Pricilla, and asked for a returned call to explain what exactly was going on. The agent, rightfully sent an email to Pricilla, CC'ing me, requesting documentation that I was no longer being represented, and clarified that what I said that Pricilla told me, was not correct. Again, fine. This is where this woman has lost her whole mind. She called me this morning saying, "you left a message telling the agent....that is not what I said, what I said was ..." I let her finish her statement, and I said no, you told me xyz." Wait, let me rephrase that. I BEGAN saying "No...when I spoke with you, you said...xyz". Instead of letting me finish my sentence she cuts me off and says "You are not going to be leaving messages lying on me.." EXCUSE ME?????? First of all, I asked her not to cut me off, but she did again. So we get to the point where she has now basically called me a liar (with a raised voice). She's overtalking me, and I'm like wait...don't ever call my phone speaking to me like that and calling me a liar. Then I just hung up on her, because why waste my time on her lack of professionalism, right? It doesn't stop there. She responds to the agent's email basically saying the same thing. I respond. "Pricilla, you did say that. Please don't call my phone again speaking the way you just did. That was extremely unprofessional and rude. You dropped my case, so you have no reason to contact me. Thank you". Do you know she emailed twice AGAIN!! Each time where I'm like ok...I literally have asked you to stop contacting me, yet you still are. Mind you, the agent is still attached so Pricilla is putting on a show of course, "I'm sorry you're frustrated that we dropped your case, but these emails aren't going to make it different, blah blah". Ma'am, I have asked YOU not to contact me!!!! Also, I had to clarify since she was trying to gaslight and make it seem like I was upset about the case being dropped. I had to state that I did not care, nor argue once about that. What I care about is that I've asked you not to contact me multiple times, yet you're still contacting me. This was the most unprofessional exchange and behavior from someone who works at a law firm. I'm not going to say that Emeka's firm is bad. I'm going to say that Pricilla is awful to work with. Absolutely awful. Just based of her behavior I will never work with this firm again, nor would I refer them. - Tarsha Lomax
