I CALLED EDELMAN AND THOMPSON AT RECVOMMENDATION OFMYMENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST, AND SEVERAL FRIENDS WHO HAVE WATCHED MEDECLINE ANDSUFFER FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER BEING COERCED INTO HAVING EMRGENCY CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY AT INTEGRITY SPINE CENTER IN OMC. WE WERE TOLD IF WE DIDNOT DO IT NOW I WOULD BE PARYLIZED INA MONTH, I HAVE PTSD ANDAM DISABLED AS WELL. SO I TRUSTED THEM. AFTER 4 MONTHS I STARTED HAVING COMPLICATIONS FROM THE SURGERY THAT THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT, ADDITIONAL PROCEDURE THAT I SPECIFICALLYTOLD THEM I DID NOT WNAT DONE, THAT WAS NOT REQUIRED. WASDONE ANYWAY, WE ASKEDSEVERALTIMES BEFORE OF ANYPOSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS AFTER AND THEY ALWAYS CHANGED THE SUBJECT. THEN WHEN IT WAS CLEAR THAT TH4 SURGERY HAD GONE WRONG, THEY TURNED FROM BEING SO NICE AND POLITE TO OPPOSITE, MEAN NASTY AND BLAMINGMEFOR EVERYHTING FROM MY PTSD, TO ACTUALLY FAKING THE INTENSITY OR EVEN THE SYMPTOMS MYSELF! AFTER THE YEAR, WHICH i HADBEEN TOLD BY THE SURGEON ATTHETIME IWOULD BE BACK TO NORMAL ROUTINE, NOW I AM SLOWLY HEADING TOARDS LOSING ABILITY TO WALK, HOLD A SPON, TOTAL NUMBNESS IN HANDS AND FEET, VERIFIED BY 3 OTHER OUT OF OLATHE NEUROSURGEONS, STILL WAS TOLD ALL WAS WELL! I HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT PAIN AND CRYING MOST NIGHTS, PRAYING NOT TO WALKE UP IF I FALL ASLEEP, WHICH IS VERY RARE. FINALLY, I COULDF TAKE IT NOMORE AND CALLED EDELMANAND THOMPSON, AND I WAS CRYIONG WHEN I CALLED YESTDERDAY, IN EXTRMEME PAIN, AND THE LAWYER WAS AS COLD AS A STOME SAME AS THE DRS THAT DID MY SURGERY, AND INTERRUPTED ME STAING THEYCOULD DO NOTHING FOR ME, SORRY, HAVE A NICEDAYANDHUNG UP, NOT IN A FRIENDLY TONE EVEN. THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS YOU ARE NUMBER ONE, AND THEY ARE COMPASSDIONATE, ETC. AND THREY DO LIST MALPRQCTICE AS A MAIN SERVIUCE. CLEARLY, MY CASE WAS DETERMINED IN 5 MIN OR LESS THEY COYLD NOT MAKE THEIR HUGE AMOUNT OFMONEY FROMMY CASE, AND THEIR TIME SO VALUABKLE TBEY HAD TO RUDELY INTERRUPT ME AND GET ME OFF THE PHONE. I WAS THEN INSULTED BY BEING TOLD TO CALL THE KANSAS BAR ASSOCIATION! WHICH MEANS THERE IS NO LAWYER WHO WILL TAKE MY CASE!! I WOULD NEVE REVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, THEY LIE ABOUT CARING FOR CLIENTS, IN FACT TREAT THEM RUDELYFORCALLING AND WASTING THEIR TIME, I WILL TRY THEIR COMPETITION. THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE SPECIFIC IN WHAT CASES THEY WILL TAKE, NOT JUST THE HIGH PAYING ONES, ANBD AT LEAST EXPLAIN WHY THEY WONT TAKE YOUR CASE! HOW UNOPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NEVER CALLED AN ATTORNEY BEFORE, I AM SCARED AND IN CONSTANT SUFFERING AND PAIN, AND WITH PTSD AM SCARED OFBEING TREATED BAD, WHICH I WAS, ITWAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT LEFT ME WITHOUT HOPE ANDNO HUMAN COMPASSION. I WAS VERY VERY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED. NOW I KNOW WHY THE SPINE DRS HAVE REFUSED TO EVEN ANSWER CALLS AND HAVE BANNED ME FROM EVENB MAKING APPOINTMENTS, THEY WERE FORCING ME INTO SUING THEM, KNOW IKNOW WHY, THEY KNEW THIS WAS THE RESPONSE I WOULD GET. THRY ARE NO DOUBT WORKING WITH EACH OTHER TO SCRATCH EACH OTHERS BACKS IS HOW IT APPEARS TO ME.
