August 03 · Makerita SateleDevin was referred me to through a non-profit I had been working with and I am so thankful for his help! My case involved a background check company not following the law and as a result I was denied employment. When we tried to take action through the non-profit they would not respond and we were stuck. Devin reached out to me quickly, the contract was signed, and he started working on my case. He was always available when I had any questions regarding my case and is great at communicating. I sent Devin all the necessary info regarding my case and he took it from there - no extra work on my part. I didn't even have to go to court, he got me a settlement that is more than double what I was expecting it to be. It was a relief knowing my case was being handled and there was no added stress on me during this process, I am so grateful he is the attorney that worked on my case!

March 11 · Makenna CieI entered into an agreement with the attorney to represent me on several matters relating to credit errors with all three bureaus and multiple background check companies that have caused me adverse action. It was CLEAR at the onset of the agreement that there were multiple actions that needed addressed that had deadlines before the others. There was an ENOURMOUS number of filings, documents and filed disputes as well as multiple background reports full of obvious errors that needed attention. The attorney agreed and took the case on a 33 and 1/3 contingency fee. However, it seems the attorney and his office due to a lack of communication between the employees within it and failure to respond to contacts from myself may have missed multiple deadlines to file these at the needed time. This was discovered during a hearing in April 2025 when dealing with a lawsuit concerning Trans Union with a SPECIFIC incident when the attorney instructed me to not take an offer as it would bar me from seeking recompense in the other matters. It was at that time, the attorney looked at the other issues and noted that he had missed multiple deadlines and his reaction was obvious that he knew his office had committed multiple mistakes. At that time, and during the immediate day prior and that morning, the attorney “blamed” his office manager and told me I should have given information to him. However, I had REPEATEDLY on many prior occasions attempted to talk to him regarding these topics over the prior year and a halfI made it CLEAR to the office manager multiple times I was DEEPLY concerned with the lack of communication within the office and the lack of knowledge the lawyer would have of my case when speaking to him.d evidence for the matters he did not address and the cases he was attempting to settle at a conference that day on SEVERAL occasions via email and through a google case file that the office had access to.I had supplied much of the information he was scrambling at the last minute to review through both the discovery process and through the aforementioned methods well prior to the hearing. He was not prepared and sent me a stream of continuous and demanding emails over and over the evening prior and the morning of a settlement conferenceThe attorney attempted to make multiple excuses when he realized he had made a mistake during “down” time during the settlement conference that very well could be construed as malpractice when he saw the dates he had missed due to his lack of diligence and poor communication. He also had given me bad advice not to settle as he had based his opinion on his lack of knowledge regarding the timeline of the caseThe attorney settled a matter with one company during the meeting but has not met the deadlines set by the court to provide a document to move forwardI have made many attempts via email and text to reach him and ask him to address these issues, but he will not answer in writing to any request that I make.He has, through email, instead of answering the questions “dodged them,” said he did not have them despite the questions being in the email trail MULTIPLE times. The reason I was not available is because I had medical appointments three hours away and an autistic son to care for during that time because – HIS OFFICE HAD RESCHEULED DEPOSITIONS FOR ME THAT WERE CANCELLED AND THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME OF THE CANCELLATION.As a single disabled father in cancer treatment with a disabled son, it is difficult for me to maintain appointments like this. On TWO OCCASIONS the office forced me to reschedule these day long appointments for treatment and scans and then CANCELLED THE DEPOSTIONS AND DID NOT NOTIFY ME.I have multiple emails over a few weeks asking for information regarding the second deposition. Also, I was told I was being handed off to another attorney, one who I have never heard of or met to date, who was “handling my case” and was a “genius” and “way smarter than me (Fok).”All these issues have caused me significant stress especially considering the health issues I face.

April 03 · JuanThis attorney failed to file multiple, 4 or more, lawsuits by the statute of limitations due to negligence costing me in his own words at least 40 to 60k each. Some more, with other factors added in, were over six figures likely.Further, I discovered HE HAS NO INSURANCE AND HAS TOLD NONE OF HIS CLIENTS AS REQUIRED BY THE BAR.Please if you have used this attorney or are a client you can reach out to me for help.IF THIS ATTORNEY WORKED WITH YOU WITH NO INSURANCE AND DID NOT TELL YOU IT IS A VIOLATION, UNETHICAL, AND IT VOIDED YOUR FEE SCHEDULE WITH HIM.He had NO RIGHT TO ANY PERCENTAGE OF YOUR MONEY.He is STILL WORKING WITH NO INSURANCE.He also FAILED TO FOLLOW MY WISHES and made two depositions, that HURT US, tanked one case, and is trying to charge me for them, with additional fees just added as punitive measures to try to force me from not pursuing my claim with the bar.Worst of all, on another case he failed to keep contact, return contact urging him to follow up on a settlement meeting where he gave bad advice based on his lack of knowledge for my case, but then DID NOT ANSWER A MOTION FROM OPPOSING COUNCIL AND MY CASE WAS DISMISSED DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE.Worse he never notified me at all, and then appealed the dismissal without telling me, lost again, and tried to hide this from me and never intended to tell me.This attorney exhibited sociopathic behavior based on lack of concern for all clients as they can not recover their losses after his bad acts due to not having insurance, and did not tell them.Any business partner, financial institutions or banks, attorneys working with him, all are at risk do to his behavior.
