He is a lair and does even try to help. He stated ro my husband, who at the time was incarcerated, that I wasn't in the courtroom, but I was there the whole time. Then he asked if my husband would take drug court.. he did no back history because if he did, he would've known he is a state inmate, and therefore, he was not eligible for drug court. He then got a continuance for what he said the next week. When, in was another month out. If you value your time and freedom, you're better off defending yourself than to go with this guy.

This man is representing a PTO and accepting funds raised BY STUDENTS as his payment! Disheartening and disgusting are the two words that come to mind next to his name. Stealing from children should NEVER be an option! Shame on you!

I cannot thank Curt and Comerford Law enough for all that was done for me to get my divorce finalized . Curt is very professional & I always felt assured that he heard and stayed true to what I asked for in my settlement. For what should have been a very easy divorce turned into a very long process , where a master had to be requested followed by contempt hearing. All of which ruled in my favor and I can only thank Curt for that.Very highly recommended!

I’m writing this years after hiring Curt for a very simple dispute case— I paid him a $5k retainer and this rock head never even filed my paperwork with the court. The one time he did show up, he brought along his two friends as a weekend getaway. I ended losing the case due to his negligence and carelessness. The best part is that I hired him because we knew each other personally and he still screwed me over.Shortly after losing, I filed a complaint with the PA bar association and they awarded me less than half my retainer back. He is out here making money by doing nothing but causing more issues. Stay away.

I paid $4,000 to Curt Parkins to help me with a divorce issue, Curt took my $4,000 but, never helped me with my issue. I have 3 claims filed against him. Curt is trying to take credit for helping me with issues he never even raised a hand on. I would not recommend Curt Parkins for an attorney! Very bad idea.
