THIS ATTORNEY'S LICENSE IS SUSPENDED.A lot of pretty serious issues. The only one I'll name is telling me that I can't whine to the court because my ex is "being mean" to me.Turns out, there's pretty serious abuse going on, as well as my ex violating my constitutionally guaranteed parenting rights.Would have known this and been able to save my kids a lot of harm if my attorney (Stephen here) took me seriously in 2021.

I was shocked when my ex moved out and served me with divorce papers. I was hurt and ready to fight for stupid things like the TV my ex had taken but was given to us by my parents as a wedding gift. Someone referred me to Stephen and I was instantly sold when the first thing he said was something to the effect of before we get started I want to give you a piece of advice don't fight for little things because you'll end up spending more money in lawyer fees than you would to just replace the stuff with that said if you hire me I'll advise you but ultimately I'll fight for what you ask. I knew then he wasn't out to just make money but to actually help people.Since then I remarried and my husband used him to take care of some custody issues with his daughter. Stephen was fantastic! He knew the laws and he prepared us for what was most likely going to happen. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and his predictions were right on.I referred a friend to him for her divorce. Her spouse was completing the paperwork online. She showed Stephen the online paperwork. Stephen told her it looked good, she didn't need to get a lawyer and she could just sign it. That advice saved her a lot of money but also gave her piece of mind knowing a lawyer had looked at it. Since it was a short consultation he gave her a fair price for the time he spent.Overall I love that he's not just out to make money he cares about doing what is fair and logical for your situation. We have had a steady legal relationship as my Divorce and the actions after the Divorce are non-ending and I am repeatedly back into Court for any issue possible. (If Stephen R.
