Lisa Owen was my third attorney. What I thought was going to be an easy case, rapidly escalated to one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. A divorce. If everything is smooth and no issues at all, maybe any attorney will do. When things get nasty and everything is at stake, you want to be sure you have the right team behind you. I had to changed attorneys twice because I found out as things progressed, the case was beyond the level of competance for the current attorney. One of the attorneys had to withdraw from the case because she admitted it was beyond her abilities and experience. I wish I had saved all the wasted money and time with the first two.All I wanted, was to know, that when we went to the mat "court", the team and person fighting for me, that I had total trust and faith in them. No matter the results, I wanted to know, they were the best.
