Casseus Law Introduce
The journey to immigrate to the United States is often complex, challenging, and filled with a significant amount of paperwork and legal jargon. For individuals in Massachusetts, particularly those who are highly skilled professionals, researchers, or entrepreneurs, finding a law firm that understands the intricacies of employment-based immigration can be a game-changer. In Cambridge, a city known for its vibrant academic and scientific community, a standout firm in this specialized field is Casseus Law. This article provides a clear, factual overview of this law firm, its specialized services, and its unique approach to client care, offering valuable information for anyone in the region or beyond seeking expert immigration counsel.
Casseus Law is a boutique immigration law firm that has built a strong reputation for its expertise in obtaining permanent resident green cards and visas for foreign nationals. The firm identifies as both Black-owned and women-owned, which adds a unique dimension to its professional identity and commitment to its clients. The firm is particularly well-known for its work with highly skilled individuals, including postdoctoral researchers, scientists, and entrepreneurs from local research institutions like Harvard and MIT. Led by attorney Rachel Casseus, the firm has a reputation for being "savvy" about the immigration process and knowing "exactly how to create your evidence materials" to make the submission process seamless. Clients praise Rachel for being "passionate, aggressive, and respectful," and for her unwavering confidence, even when other lawyers have been doubtful of a case's chances. One client, for example, noted that Rachel told them their EB-1A case would be approved easily and that she was "very sure" about it, which was ultimately proven correct.
The firm's philosophy is built on the belief that every petition is a story. Their role is to bring that story to life in a way that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) can recognize. They provide a high-quality, individualized approach, taking the time to assess each client's options and walk them through the process. A key highlight is their track record of success. One client's NIW (National Interest Waiver) was approved in just one week, and another's EB-1A was approved in only 12 days. These rapid approvals speak volumes about the firm's strategic approach and efficiency. While the firm's office is physically located in Massachusetts, it is important to note that because immigration law is a federal practice, Casseus Law is able to work with clients regardless of their state or country of residence, offering a global reach from its Cambridge base.
The office of Casseus Law is located at One Broadway, 14th Floor, in Cambridge, MA 02142, USA. This address places the firm in a prime location within Cambridge's innovation and academic hub. The office is highly accessible, with a wheelchair accessible entrance, a wheelchair accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair accessible restroom. The presence of a gender-neutral restroom also contributes to the firm's commitment to being an inclusive and welcoming space.
In keeping with its client-centered approach, Casseus Law operates on an appointments-required or appointments-recommended basis. This policy ensures that each client receives dedicated and focused one-on-one time with an attorney, allowing for a thorough and unhurried discussion of their unique immigration case. The firm also offers online appointments, providing flexibility for clients who may not be able to visit the physical office. These features collectively create an environment that is not only professional but also considerate of the client's personal needs and convenience. The firm’s location and accessibility reflect a modern and forward-thinking practice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Rachel and her team are amazing - they are very savvy about the process, know all the perks of the submission and eligibility criteria, and know exactly how to create your evidence materials in a way that makes the process seamless. We started in February 2022. After some ups and downs, we submitted NIW (+ priority fee) in March 2023, which was approved within one week, without any issues. Our date for AOS came around October 2024 (ROW), and we submitted the rest of the documents in November 2024. January 2025 we got EADs (only one i131 was approved for travel - for the dependent applicant). I 485 got approved this month and we got the approval notice right away. Thank you Rachel and your team for your hard work!

February 12 · Samar PWe moved to Boston from Germany and the first month we heard Rachel's name and her office at CIC. Whomever we were asking a good lawyer, we were hearing same name, Rachel!. During the time, we understood that she is very much on hands person and stunning lawyer. Her expertise level, skills sets, putting together every details on time, made us felt we are in good hands. She quickly understands the needs of the clients and always going beyond clients' expectations. Briefly she is an amazing, exceptional lawyer and person. She explains step by step what and why she does. She is very proactive, kind, responsive person. That's why I guess her clients are growing like a 'snowball'. Thank you Rachel....
April 18 · Sennur Cinar HeideckerI filed my EB1A with Casseus law and worked with Rachel Casseus on my petition. She has been amazing during the one and a half years of this stressful process and I now have my Green card. Even before I signed up with Casseus law, I reached out and received really good advice from Rachel on how to boost my profile for the application. Rachel was extremely patient with me, answered all my queries and helped me prepare a strong application which showcased my achievements really well.
