Cabin Law Reviews
I was given Mark Kemper's name to help with the closing of my business and negotiation of the remaining balance of a business loan. Mark was unresponsive for weeks although regularly claimed he sent correspondence. He required a retainer before any actual discussion. Then he indicated he spent hours of time reviewing my business loan terms but never sent documentation of his time although my entire retainer was utilized. I only spoke with him one time (after numerous attempts to find a time) and he did not follow his own recommendations following that call. He closed out my file without a single action taken on my behalf.
January 19 · Laura JacobsenFast, friendly and very competent service. We hired Mark to assist with a real estate transaction in northern Minnesota under very difficult circumstances. Mark focused solely on the problem and got the dispute resolved after other lawyers had tried and failed. Would highly recommend.
