What is Worth Choosing
When evaluating a legal firm, it is essential to consider not only the services offered but also the client experience. The provided public feedback for C Law is critical in this regard, offering insights into the firm's operations from the perspective of real clients.
Several clients have raised serious concerns about their experiences. One review describes a lack of communication, alleging that the attorney postponed a call and ultimately decided not to take on the case after a significant delay, without having reviewed the provided documents. The client also noted that the firm did not follow the required procedures for disengaging with a client, leading to a sense of unprofessional conduct. Another review characterized the firm as "sloppy, disorganized and poorly managed," and suggested seeking a referral from the State Bar Association for a more competent lawyer. A third review from a former client described the lawyer as "disrespectful" and "horrible," claiming they did not receive help until they fired the firm and that there was a persistent failure in communication. The review also mentioned the lawyer's refusal to remove himself from a joint commission and a history of yelling.
These accounts raise questions about the firm's level of professional conduct, communication, and client management. While every legal matter is unique and client experiences can vary, the consistency of these negative reviews suggests a pattern of behavior that potential clients should be aware of. The reviews highlight potential issues with responsiveness, respect for clients, and adherence to professional standards. For anyone considering C Law for their legal needs, these factual accounts from former clients are a crucial part of the decision-making process. It is always recommended to conduct thorough research, ask specific questions about communication protocols, and consider multiple options before retaining a lawyer to ensure you find a firm that aligns with your needs and expectations for professionalism and service.

C Law Reviews
Awful experience. I spent a week considering filing a formal grievance with the Bar Association. I was referred to Cabo by a long time friend & have known the man personally for 5+ years. That still did not influence my experience. I came to this firm after having done much of my own investigative work around a car accident with an uninsured motorist. I provided police body worn camera footage, CCTV footage, photographs, and a plethora of official reports and certified documents. I had a brief phone consult & was assured that Cabo would review the materials and get back to me. I uploaded everything to drop box. After prolonging & postponing the call, Cabo calls almost a month after the initial consult and tells me he doesn’t think he has time for the matter. I asked for a referral to another PI attorney who had more time and he said he didn’t know anyone. I checked the dropbox where I uploaded the files, none had even been viewed by him or anyone at his firm. Moreover, the Rules of Professional Conduct dictate that procedures are followed when not engaging with a client and they were not adhered to. I wonder what other rules this firm is violating.Sloppy, disorganized and poorly managed. Check the Lawyer Referral Service with the State Bar Association for a referral to a competent lawyer.
November 09 · AshleyMr Cabo is very disrespectful when I had him he was not helping me it was not until I fired him was when I got my wages. He’s refusing to remove himself from the joint commission and when asked why he began yelling and bing disrespectful. He is a horrible lawyer all I ask was to have communication and he failed to do that. Respect goes a long way don’t use him.
