I officially retained Ronnie’s services at the beginning of the new year to correct my Great Grandfathers death record and the only negative thing I have to say is about myself and how I did not go with her sooner. I have no shortage of good things to say about her. From the first phone call I could tell she genuinely cared about my case and getting it done, which was incredibly important to me as I'd just dealt with another Pennsylvanian lawyer who had no idea what they were doing. She is absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Prompt and quick response times to all of my concerns or questions. She handled my case seriously and swiftly and my documentation for Italian Citizenship is now complete with the final order to correct my GGF's Death Record that was issued in just a month. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for this woman, ( Attorney). She went above and beyond her duty to help a man she knew that was innocent , and I will remain grateful to her for the remainder of my days on this earth. The briefs that she writes are amazing. I feel sorry for any district attorney that Has to stand next to her in court. They are definitely in for a fight with her. She has an excellent attorney, and one hell of a human being! We obtained Mr Bugaj in 2016 for my sons marijuana charges which they gave him a felony for, charged $5,000 and he did absolutely nothing. He took our money and never showed up to court because he was on vacation in Florida and due to this, we had to retain another lawyer and he never gave the money back. He screamed at me on the phone when I told him that he did absolutely nothing for my son’s case. He’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t even have a license to practice. I am absolutely disgusted by this. He doesn’t work for you he works for himself all he does is collect money and not do his job. This law firm is corrupt and only wants you for your money so good luck to anyone trying to get a lawyer from here! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ron was retained in December 2018 for to and prepare for a custody trial. Which Ron said would happen in a few months. He said he would be ready five different times. Before the first hearing on evidence and visitation, Ron had gone through my entire retainer and amounted a bill of ten thousand dollar. That was more the amount he promised me he would need to prepare for the trial. He claimed he needed that much to get familiar with the case. His billing continued to escalate out of control. I tried to ask questions about his fees, only to have him become vicious and ignorant. We found errors in his fees and he made a statement on the record that he wasn’t able to connect with opposing counsel, but charged me for several phone calls. Again, we asked question and wanted to see proof that his fees are honest. Instead he gets nastier and refuses to resolve the matter. Now, 15 months later, 17,000 paid in legal fees and absolutely no visitation with my son; which we have documented proof that my wife is tormenting him to fear me. The therapist who is about to conduct reunification, tries to change the court order. I asked Ron that we need to take this back to the judge, instead Ron then violates the court order, which opposing counsel claim I am responsible for. I gave Ron an outline of the lies included in the contempt charge that he committed. Instead of responding to the contempt charge, Ron decides to withdraw from my case, claiming that he has not been paid as per our agreement and that I am not letting him handle my case his was. Fact is Attorney Ron Bugaj was caught lying to me and my family, he broke his own contact with me several times and only cares about draining his clients money. He failed to represent me as he said he would. He claimed my emails were nasty, when they were nothing more than his lies brought back up to him. I can go on, but I wont waste another second talking about the most dishonest attorney I ever had.
