Brian S. Kesluk (Attorney) Reviews
I have to echo what others have said. While I appreciated that the attorney personally returned my call (as I am finding that most firms make you go through an intake person first) it was difficult to communicate, as I was frequently interrupted and couldn’t finish a full sentence. Brian was quick to dismiss each and every concern. To him, practically nothing constitutes an illegal firing in California . He may technically be correct, but the tone felt accusatory, as if I had done something wrong. That kind of approach doesn’t make for a supportive or constructive consultation experience. From reading other’s reviews and my own brief experience, I’m guessing this firm typically defends companies that engage in unethical practices. So move on to the next!
April 18 · Lee NittelThese people are incredibly rude and do nothing to help their clients. The flippant attitude of their business is what does it for me.
June 18 · Stonehardt RecordingsAt first everything seemed good. Everyone was polite, but then, it took them over a year to even guilt anything, the payments were NEVER on time & they got more than I did. They got over half the settlement! Wouldn't recommend.
December 10 · Leslie MiddletonI got a call personally from Brian Kesluk who asked me several questions and interrupted me while answering after almost every question. He said my case had zero claim after only asking three questions and getting almost no details of my case. Very arrogant and unprofessional. No wonder the consultation is free!
February 01 · Michelle HernandezReally incompetent with handling case. Pompous, rude, and not worth a dime.
