What is worth choosing
Choosing an attorney is a deeply personal and critical decision that requires careful consideration. For residents of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and the surrounding areas, it is essential to select a legal professional who not only understands the law but also provides reliable and consistent support throughout the legal process. The relationship between a client and their attorney is built on trust, clear communication, and a shared commitment to a positive outcome. As with any important service, potential clients should conduct thorough research and read various sources of information before making a final decision. While some information may highlight positive aspects of a practice, it is equally important to be aware of any potential concerns.
Public reviews, for instance, can offer a glimpse into the experiences of previous clients. When reviewing such feedback, it's important to look for patterns and consistent themes. Some publicly available reviews about Booten Brandon M raise significant concerns. For example, a customer's review speaks of a frustrating experience involving a lack of communication, missed deadlines, and a feeling of being misled. The review describes how the attorney "never returned our phone calls or texts," "was never in his office," and "made us miss our deadline." These are serious allegations that can have profound consequences for a client's legal case, potentially leading to the loss of a case or financial hardship. The client's account highlights the importance of an attorney who is responsive, transparent, and proactive. The review explicitly warns, "DO NOT hire this attorney. He will take your money and you will never hear from him again."
However, it is also important to note that the same review mentions a positive resolution in one key aspect: the attorney "did refund the WHOLE amount we paid him for doing NOTHING!!!" While this action may have mitigated the financial loss for the client, it does not address the underlying issues of communication and professional conduct that were highlighted. This type of feedback underscores the critical need for potential clients to investigate an attorney’s professional history and disciplinary record. The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, for example, is a valuable resource for this kind of information, providing public records on an attorney's status and any disciplinary actions. Searching for an attorney on the state bar's website can provide a more complete picture beyond what a single review might show. In a field where trust is paramount, doing thorough research is not just a suggestion—it is a necessity. Potential clients should consider arranging consultations with multiple attorneys and asking pointed questions about their communication policies, their track record on similar cases, and how they handle client management. Ultimately, the choice of a lawyer should be based on a feeling of confidence and trust, ensuring that you have a dedicated advocate who will handle your case with the seriousness and professionalism it deserves.

Booten Brandon M Reviews
We fell for this attorney’s smooth talking and he seemed to know what he was talking about and it sounded great to us what all he was going to do for us. So we hired him and started paying him. After that day he never returned our phone calls or texts that we would send him. He was never in his office. We had arranged to meet up with him 3 different days and times and something ALWAYS came up or he would just avoid us. So we fired him only to find out he lied to us about delaying our response that was due and he knew when it was due when we hired him. He never called the clerk’s office like he told us he did and he made us miss our deadline for filling a response. So now we are in desperate need of finding another attorney FAST to fix his mistake and for us not to loss everything WE worked for. DO NOT hire this attorney. He will take your money and you will never hear from him again. He should have told us he was too busy to take our case instead of just taking our money and wish we would just let deadlines go. The ONLY good thing he did was refund the WHOLE amount we paid him for doing NOTHING!!!

May 15 · Pamela BradfordBrandon Booten represented me in 2010. After paying him to defend me he worked with the DA to help convict me. Only the fact that i knew i was innocent and was willing to have a jury trial saved me from a horrible outcome. Brandon is a cheat and liar and works directly with Rutherford DA to help get his clients convicted.

October 21 · Dylan ArthurDo not hire Brandon Booten. He lost my case when my ex was representing himself. He didn't ask the questions that we discussed and it ended up costing me $20,000, because the judge can only rule on what he knows. He also didnt draw up the final decree as the judge ordered.
