★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Review for Berger Montague Law Firm,Michael Anderson, Camille Rodriguez and others,I had a disappointing experience with the attorneys at Berger Montague due to a lack of transparency and poor communication. Throughout my case, I struggled to get clear answers and updates, often having to follow up multiple times without a timely response. When I did receive information, it was vague and left me uncertain about where things stood.I actually felt like a Google search updated me more clearly than any of these people ever would or could. I only learned during the mediation phase of the lawsuit that they were representing two other plaintiffs in the same lawsuit against my employer, just from a different state. Pretty shady, if you ask me.I expected more professionalism and clarity, especially when dealing with important legal matters. Unfortunately, I felt left in the dark too often, which made the entire process stressful and frustrating. If you're looking for an attorney who keeps you informed and communicates effectively, I would recommend exploring other options.
February 27 · HeatherI hired Berger Montague, and sadly I had a life threatening battle with stage 3 kidney cancer after using multiple Philips BiPap machines for years. I am going to have to hire another law firm. I’m glad I kept my 2 Philips machines as evidence. These lawyers who didn’t use a Philips sleep apnea machine, and did not get cancer are getting paid. Us victims that used Philips sleep apnea machines and suffered horrible battles with cancer get dropped. I think something is very wrong is taking place.I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney cancer in May 2021 right before the announcement of the recall. I had used a DreamStation machine for over 5 years and prior to that I used a Philips System One that was also recalled for several years. I never used SoClean. Now all of a suddenly the lawyer I hired Berger Montague tells me kidney cancer is not one of the cancers included for the lawsuit settlement. I don’t trust what is going on here! I hope someone makes a documentary series and puts it on a streaming service to tell the story of what really happened. I don’t think Philips deserves to stay in business after this disastrous situation. There is an example that should be made here, not just a settlement.
May 29 · A CDo NOT let Michael Anderson lie to you. He is the worst attorney I have ever spoken with and begged to represent me and then rug pulled me immediately after gaining my trust. What was I to expect, he went to undergrad at STDU aka Arizona.Michael’s law license should be revoked immediately. Be forewarned!!!
August 01 · Adam SilverI just want to say I’m a real person reviewing this, that wasn’t coerced into this five star review. Sylvia, specifically, at the firm handled my issue. She resolved everything for me regarding my false background check information quickly and efficiently.I was also told from previous attorneys/ firms I contacted that I had no case, but Sylvia went above and beyond and handled the case she saw I did have. A company that denied me due to this false background check even ended up offering me employment. She even treated me as family and made sure I was taken care of! I truly appreciate her and everyone else at this firm. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing background check issues. If I hadn’t contacted this firm I would’ve thought I had no case at all, thank you Berger & Montague!!
