My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. During the initial consultation, they promised open and transparent communication and assured me that if my rights had been violated, they would ‘get the case dismissed.’ This turned out to be completely untrue, as they have no authority to make such decisions. Communication was practically nonexistent, and I was always the one reaching out to get updates on the investigation and progress.They were also not transparent about their pricing. Initially, I was told that my criminal case would cost $4,000. Later, they surprised me with an additional $6,000 fee if the case went to trial. This crucial detail was completely omitted during the initial consultation.To make matters worse, even the court-appointed attorneys provided better service than this firm. I had to constantly call them for updates, and on the first day of my hearing, they rescheduled the date without even notifying me. I took a day off work, showed up to court, only to find outthat my attorney had changed the date without informing me. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.When I tried to escalate my concerns and speak with a supervisor, they would just redirect me to the same attorneys I was complaining about or transfer me to paralegals who did nothing to resolve the issue. It felt like complaining to the waiter about the restaurant and being told to talk to the same waiter again. Overall, this firm provided a terrible service, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.”

Mr. Matian. I would like for you to get in touch with me to inform you about your RANCHO CUCAMONGA OFFICE and ALL your employees I have spoken too. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome on how we have been and continue to be treated by your employees. I do not want any contact with anyone else other than Mr. Shawn Matian. If I could give your firm 0 stars I honestly would. I will also be getting in touch to file a complaint about the firm with The State Bar of California.

I set up a payment plan with them $500 down and they charged me over $515 they took a extra $15 dollars I authorized $500 not $515 so then I was wrongfully fired 4 weeks later then I received a call about my next payment. I tell them what happened I told then I can’t afford the $500 dollars I said I would be able to $350 now and in 7 days $150. The lady said ok but then 30 minutes after someone else called said that I would have to pay the $500 and after that maybe change my payments to less that it can’t be discussed until I pay the $500. A friend of mine was with me said go to the bank I have I’ll Ed over to the next bank ATM he pulled out $200 and handed it to me said pay then I could pay him back when I have it. I said to the lady go ahead and take the payment now someone loaned me the money I putting it in the bank now. I then said I will have paid $1000 that I need to restructure my payments. She said that I would have to pay another $1000 for them to restructure my payments. I said tys is a joke right. She said no my friend said ok go ahead and take another $1000 he would give me the money. She then back peddled that they can’t make changes it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me so let see if they show up to court Monday. My friend called her BLUFF IT WAS FUNNY THATS THERE GET DOWN GET EVERYONES FIRST PAYMENTS. Let everyone know I hope you read this.I called there today said I expect to see the lawyer Monday morning the guy said he Just’s answers the phone I said transfer me to a lawyer he said ok then hangs up on me now they must have blocked me because now they don’t answer the phone.
