August 22 · Linda CrosslandAugust 19, 2025If I could leave less than a 1 star review, I would! How can an office as important as the AG's office for the state of Georgia not be competent enough to answer its phones.I called 16 times in 1 day and not once would someone answer the phone. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and the staff at the AG's office should be embarrassed at their lack of responsiveness and incompetence. The AG's office is UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
August 21 · CathyThe person that intakes complaints does not respond to emails. she just ignores you. Her name is Kristen Settlemire. And you can't even call her or the main number because it is not published. What do they do all day?? Taxpayer money wasted
June 10 · P ZeriaI contacted the Attorney Generals Office to register a complaint of Fraud. I did so on line. They told me it would be a fee of $5.00 for filing, so I used a credit card. But before I could be connected to an attorney they wanted me to agree to an automatic withdrawal of $60.00 a month until I cancelled. This is another form of extortion especially since the Attorney General is paid by tax payers. Do not consumers have any protection by our government without them trying to extort funds from taxpayers?
August 12 · John BeckThis office does not answer the phone. I have been trying to get through for days. Chris Carr is willfully denying the voters a voice.
