Alison is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, attorney. What we originally expected to be an easy sale of a house turned out to be much more complicated deal. While another attorney tried to scare us and tell us we needed multiple attorneys. Alison just said we can handle this and walked us step by step handling everything for us so we didn’t have to worry. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She was able to handle every aspect of the deal herself and looked out for our best interests every step of the way. Cannot thank her enough.

If you are looking for a real estate transaction and an Attorney who would guide you right throughout the process, it’s Alison!She takes time with the client and advises after keeping best interest of client as a priority. We sold our previous home recently and Alison represented the buyer. There’s a radon issue which couldn’t be resolved on time and therefore we paid a deposit to Alison’s account to have the transaction closed first. Alison’s paralegal was the worst at updating us in the progress (when Alison told us that someone would update us tomorrow, it never happened). Maybe it’s because Alison didn’t represent me. But communication with people on a case is a very important aspect of the job. That’s not how I would treat someone I work with (either with a shared interest or not).Update: this paralegal called Donna said she only deal with my attorney, which is a funny way to evade from the fact that she's lazy and unprofessional. My attorney is a extremely good communicator, she passed along information whenever she got it. So basically the way Donna worked with my attorney is doing nothing - no update, nothing. And she sent out check in a plain envelope without any tracking, thinking her job's done when she shipped the check away. This person should be fired.
