★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband called to try to figure out what a letter we got in the mail from this place was about. Whoever answered the phone didn’t even let him finish his sentence and they cut him off “call your landlord about it” and hung up on him. What?? You don’t even know what he was going to ask. The letter is from YOU not our landlord. Super unprofessional and rude.

May 29 · LazaRoSanMany police depts use services like these. Don't respond by mail and don't answer your door to people you don't know. If you got a photo radar ticket and haven't responded to the court by paying the fine...seeing a judge...etc...that's where services like this come in. Technically photo radar is illegal. You have to sign the ticket for it to be legal. Just as you have to sign the ticket in person and for the cop to sign his name. Tickets without a law enforcement official's signature is ILLEGAL. Which is why is you get one in person and refuse to sign it...they can take you to jail and they put a stamp that says refused to sign on the ticket they issued you. Throw the ticket away and act like you never received it. Got a copy from a copier of a piece of mail from this co today. Any pc of certified mail is never a good sign. You have to sign for the certified mail. IF you sign it...its as good as signing the ticket. You sealed your fate.
