Genuinely horrifying experience with Brian Nash. Beware of him. I replaced him with Ryan Davis who was instantly a much better experience. You are better off with a public defender or court appointed lawyer, trust me.Had to fire this guy. Scary that he was paid as much as he was. He even shouted at my mother in front of the DA and a Bail Bondsman. Tried to deny me bail. Did not do anything for me or my case.He spent more time talking about getting more money, and the Chinese Calendar, than explaining how he could help my case.I did not want to fire this man. I wanted someone capable and an intelligent lawyer to represent me. He was neither. I am not sure if he tried his best but I was courteous. I should have stuck with a court appointed lawyer. In the end I fired him and had to replace him.I genuinely feel he made my case far worse than it already was. My new lawyer instantly worked and within 1 week had me bailed out. I spent a month in jail because of this man. Not to mention he did several other things that made me look bad and could have jeopardized my case.He coerced me into a competency hearing that was unnecessary and incriminating. He tried to deny me bail as my own lawyer. He told me he was biased against me. He told me he would have shot me if he was involved. BEWARE. - J
